Curated, not a firehose
We do not list everything. Loans are reviewed against origination and underwriting standards before they reach you, and monitored after. Quality comes ahead of volume.
The originator stays in the loan
The originating institution retains a meaningful share of the loan and keeps servicing the borrower relationship, so their interests stay aligned with yours throughout the life of the loan.
No black box
Questions about a loan go to the people who originated it, not a support queue. You can reach underwriting and origination directly before you commit.
Clean, consistent monthly reporting
Each participant receives monthly reporting of their fractional share - balance, accruals, and transaction history - without chasing the originator.
